Public Hearing of ARR filed by DNHPDCL is fixed on 10/01/2018 at 11.00 A.M. at Yatri Niwas, Silvassa

This is to inform you that, DNHPDCL has filed ARR and Tariff Proposal for Fy 2018-19 before Hon'ble JERC vide Petition No. 247/2017 and Electricity Department (Transmission) has also filed the ARR for year 2018-19 vide Petition No. 250/2017.
Vide the Public Notice, it has been informed to the general public that, Hon'ble JERC has kept Public Hearing on 10/01/2018 at 11.00 A.M. at Yatri Niwas, Silvassa. The copies of the Petitions are available on the website of DNHPDCL i.e. www.dnhpdcl.in. It is informed that, the affected parties/consumers may file their objections/suggestions in form of Affidavit and submits the suggestions to Hon'ble Commission.
The scanned copy of the Public Notice is attached herewith for your ready reference. So, you are requested to go through the Petitions and file your objections/suggestions if any to Hon'ble Commission.
