As per the Circular, All the employees of various industries who are applying for fresh/new Daily Interstate pass (Other State to DNH or DNH to Other state) are requested to apply for duty pass with the following documentary proof on dmcgov.in
Criteria (mandatory) to obtain Daily Interstate Pass:

Aadhar card on both side to be attached.

Identity-card or authorization Letter of Company to be attached.
