Your association SIMA would like to inform you that DNHPDCL has filed the Petition No. 19/2019 before Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission, Gurgaon. By the said Petition DNHPDCL has filed truing up for FY 2018-19, Review of FY 2019-20 and ARR and Proposal for Tariff Revision FY 2020-2021.
The Public Hearing of the said Petition may be on 21/01/2020 at Silvassa.
SIMA is forwarding herewith the said Petition No. 19/2019 for your ready reference to enable you to go through the Petition and you are requested to submit your Suggestions/Objections to Hon'ble JERC and also mark a copy to your association SIMA.
