Pending issues regarding Refund of VAT.
Dear all,
Representatives of FIA held a meeting on 08/01/2020 with Hon’ble Collector/Commissioner VAT regarding Refund of VAT, which is a long pending issue. On discussion, Hon’ble Commissioner appraised that:
1. Refund pending for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13 will also now process.
2. Refund will process on pro rata basis, i.e. C form submitted and matched at TINXSYS.
3. Again reminders will sent to other state governments to expedite the confirmation of validity of C form which could not have verified through TINXSYS.
4. After writing, the Administration Officer will have special telephonic follow up with concerned State Commissioners VAT.
