PCC Cirular for submission of Form 4 on OCMMS Portal
Dear all,
We are forwardign herewith a Circular issued by Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, DNH and DD regarding the submission of the Annual Return (Form-4) under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
As per the PCC's directions, all concerned industries are requested to submit Form-4 online through the OCMMS Portal for the FY 2025-26 on or before 07.08.2026.
We request all our members to complete the online filing well before the due date to ensure timely compliance.
