Order issued by Hon'ble District Magistrate to issue Identity Card to Employees
Dear all,
We are forwarding herewith, the Order No. ADM/LAW/84/2008/689 dtd 28.04.2015, issued by Hon'ble District Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa, the scanned copy of which is attached herewith.
By the said order, Hon'ble District Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, has ordered that, all the Contractors/ Industrial Owners should keep details of identity proof and issue Identity Cards to their employees and provide the information to concerned police station.
This order shall come into force from 22.04.2015 to 20.06.2015(both days inclusive).
Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
The said order has passed ex-parte and published through Press for the information of General Public.
So all the colleague industries are hereby requested to implement the order of Hon'ble District Magistrate and issue the necessary Identity Card to the employees of your establishment / industries.
