Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. SMC/CO/EST/COVID-19/2021/248 /1951, dated 29/05/2021, issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the order, to prevent injury to the life and health of residents of Silvassa Municipal Council Area, it is necessary to contain the COVID-19 Corona Virus epidemic. Therefore, It is necessary to conduct Rapid Antigen Test Camps for employees, staff, workers, labours, security staff, etc. working in the industries premises.
All employees, staff, workers, labours, security staff, etc. working in the Industries mentioned in Annexure-I should get themselves mandatorily tested in Rapid Antigen Test Camps which shall be organized on 31-05-2021 and 01-05-2021 i.e Monday and Tuesday at Sahkar Bhavan, Near Dan Udhyog Shopping Centre, Opposite Piparia Garden, Silvassa-Vapi Road, Piparia Silvassa, DNH from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (1:00 pm to 2:00 pm lunchtime).
