Online Facility For Electricity Bill Payment
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of circular no. 1-1(730)/ELE/2013/1638 dated 02/05/2015 from DNH PDCL. The scanned copy of the said circular is attached herewith.
Vide the said circular it is informed that, for the facility of consumer DNHPDCL has already introduced online facility for electricity bill payment. Though the said online facility was introduced in 2013 but consumers are not using the facility as it was expected. So it is once again appeal to consumers to use the facility, which shall help to reduced the paper work of DNHPDCL. Using the facility shall also reduce and eliminate the queue for payment of electricity bill.
From 1st June 2015 now it is mandatory for HT and EHT consumers to make payment of their electrical bills online.
It is also appeal to other consumers to use the said online facility.
From your Association it is requested that if consumers have any difficulty in using this online facility, they can send their suggestions and views to your association SIMA so that their problem can be represented to DNHPDCL and can be resolved.
