Objections/Suggestions to the Notification No.PCC/DMN/13-III/755, dated:10/10/14 issued by PCC

The Pollution Control Committee, DD & DNH has issued a notification no.PCC/DMN/13-III/755 dated:-10-10-2014, where in the Administration; with object to have uniformity in the categorization, has proposed the re-categorization of the various process and products into five different categories like Scheduled I, II, III, IV & V.
In Schedule I has been termed as GREEN CATEGORY were in 121 products and process have been classified.
In Schedule II has been termed as ORANGE CATEGORY were in 100 products and process have been listed and classified.
In Schedule III which is termed as RED CATEGORY, wherein 47 products and process are classified .
In schedule IV which is termed as RED/BANNED CATEGORY, wherein 43 products & process are notified.
In schedule V is the proposed Consent Fees structure for the Consent to Establish/Operate/ Renewable for all industries separately under water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
Your association has studies the notification and in consultation with the members of SIMA, prepared a representation & submitted the objections /suggestions to the PCC and copy of the representation has also submitted to Hon’ble Administrator, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The suggestions /objections received from the members are also incorporated.
