Your association is forwarding herewith a Notification No. TPS/DNH/105(17)/REA-2016/2016/156, Dtd: 01/08/2017. The scanned copy of the Notification is enclosed herewith.
Vide this Notification, Hon’ble Administrator, Daman Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli has appointed the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) and the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal to be the Regulatory Authority and the Appellate Tribunal respectively for the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli for the purpose of the Act, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification. The Branch Office of the MahaRERA shall be at Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
