Notification of the Indian Boilers Act,1923 by the Administrator of DD and DNH.
Dear all,
Your association is in receipts of Notification No 2(139)/CIF&B/ADM/DMN/TPI-SCS/2015/313 dtd 7/1/2015issued by Hon'ble Secretary Industry of DD and DNH The Scanned copy of the notification is enclosed herewith.
vide said notification Hon'ble Administrator of DD and DNH has excluded the boiler and the steam pipes or steam pipe in the whole of the U.T.’s of Daman &Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli from the operation of the provision of sub-section (2),(3) and(5) of Section 7,sub-section of section 8 and section 12 and section 13 of the said Act, subject to the conditions and restrictions specified in the Schedule appended to this notification.
For Safety of boiler and to avoid any misshape you are requested go through said notification and strictly follow the guideline issued and published in to the said notification .
