Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No. 17/2019- Central Tax issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs dated on 10th April 2019. The copy of the notification is enclosed herewith.
In exercise of the power conferred by the second provision to the sub-section(1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017(12 of 2017), the commissioner, on the recommendation of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No 44/2018-central tax, dated 10th September 2018- published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, subsection (i) Vide number GSR 855 (E) dated on 10th September 2018.
