DNHPDCL issued a circular to submit self attested copy of Pan Card and Aadhar Card
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of a Circular from DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. vide Circular No. DNHPDCL/06/2017/CS/3628, dated 06/10/2017. The scanned copy of the Circular is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Vide this circular, it is informed that, all the electric consumers are hereby requested to submit self-attested copy of Pan Card, Adhar Card (in case of individual) to update the details of KYC requirement as applicable under the statue and to enable to deduct TDS on interest on security deposits and credit the interest on security deposits as required under the Income Tax Act, Electricity Act. It is requested to submit the details within period of 1 month from the date of this circular. The above documents should be submitted to Asst. Engineer (Billing), 1st Floor, Room No. 110, Vidyut Bhavan, DNHPDCL, Near Secretariat, Amli, Silvassa – 396230.
All the electric consumers are hereby requested to submit the documents to DNHPDCL within one month from the date of issue of circular.
