Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No. Elec-2019/Holiday/300, dated 21/03/2024, issued by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Secretariat, Daman, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the notification, the Administrator of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has declared 07/05/2024 (Tuesday), the date of the poll in Parliamentary Constituencies 1- Daman & Diu (Gen) & 2- Dadra & Nagar Haveli (ST), as a Public Holiday in all Government Offices, Semi Govt Officers, Local Bodies, Commercial Banks, Industrial Establishment, Public Sectors Undertaking in the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Havel and Daman & Diu being the day of the poll for the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024
