Interactive Session by CGWA on the procedure to obtain NOC to draw underground water.
Dear all,
We are pleased to inform you that the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) is going to organize an Interaction Session on the procedure to obtain NOC to draw underground water for domestic and industrial purpose. As we know that to draw the underground water we have to obtain NOC and for that CGWA has already launched an online application system to enable us to file our application online. To understand the procedure and to know the list of various documents to be submitted online, your Silvassa Industries and Manufacturers Association (SIMA) along with the other colleague associations shall organise the said interaction session under the banner of Federation of Industries Association (FIA) on 13th February 2019 at 3:00 PM at New Circuit House near Daman Ganga River, Silvassa.
As this is the mandatory provision of law every industry is bound to obtain the NOC from CGWA, this interaction shall be very important and shall provide guidelines to industries in obtaining the NOC.
So all Industrial Colleague are requested to attend the interaction session and obtain online NOC to avoid any legal complication.
