Information required for COVID -19 Vaccinations of the industrial workers.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of an email from the Labour Department, DNH regarding the details related to COVID -19 Vaccinations of industrial workers.
As per the mail, the UT Administration of DNH & DD seeks to obtain the numbers of industrial workers who have vaccinated. In this regard, Labour Department has shared a google sheet in which all the industries have to fill up their details like name of the industry, the total number of workers, number of workers aged above 45 years, number of workers vaccinated, number of workers not vaccinated, etc.
So, all the colleague industries are requested to fill in the required information in the google sheet by clicking the following link:
