Dear Members,
A special civil application no. 5207 of 2016, was filled before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, in respect of retrospective effect of the bonus order which was issued by Central Govt.
Hon’ble High Court, Gujarat, Ahmedabad on dtd. 05.04.2016 has stayed the impugned notification to the extent of giving retrospective effect of the implementation provided therein. It is clarified that the amendment would take effect from the financial year 2015-16.
