Hon'ble District Magistrate ordered for installation CCTV Camera
Dear all,
Hon'ble District Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, has issued an Order No. ADM/LAW/84/ 2008/2076 dated.07.09.2016. The scanned copy of the said order is enclosed herewith.
The said order has been published for the information of general public through Press and affixing the copies of the order on the notice board of the various Government Department/Offices and the order is enforced from 06-09-2016 to 04-11-2016(both days inclusive).
By the said order Hon'ble District Magistrate has ordered that, all the Owners / Managing Committee of Societies / Associations who are looking after the management and maintenance of the Multi Storey Residential Housing Complexes, are to install CCTV Camera at Entry Points/Gates of the said Multi Storey Residential Housing Complex and other vulnerable points thereat.
Any persons contravening this order shall be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
So all the industries colleagues are hereby requested to ensure that, in the Multi Storey Residential Housing Complexes where they reside are equipped with such CCTV Camera System for the safety of colleague industries. In the interest of the safety of your employees and their families, the fellow industries are requested to explain their employees about the importance of CCTV Camera system.
