Hearing of Suggestions and Objections in respect of Draft Notification Dt. 09.10.2019 by SMC.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Notice No. SMC/CO/SBM/2018/49/5036 dated 22/11/2019 issued by Silvassa Municipal Council, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Vide Notice the draft amendment in Solid Waste (Handling and Management) bye-law, 2018 was published by Silvassa Municipal Council vide notification no. DNH/SMC/BYELAW/02/2019 dated 09/10/2019 for suggestion and objections. Vide the said Notification it was proposed to ban certain plastic products to be stored, manufactured used in the jurisdiction in the municipal area.
Thereafter, suggestions and objections were submitted by various Individual, Companies, Parties and Associations. The hearing of the objections and suggestions is scheduled to be held in the conference hall of Silvassa Municipal Council from 11:00 a.m onwards on 25.11.2019.........PLEASE CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE NOTICE.
So, all Industrial Colleague engaged in Manufacturing, Trading, Storing and using plastic as packaging material to pack the finished product are requested to attend the meeting positively to represent their issues positively.
