GRACE PERIOD OF ONE DAY TO DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION AND OTHER DUES
Dear all,
Your association is forwarding herewith a Letter No. NDC/10(12)2017/Slowness of Unified Portal/2540 Dtd. 21.07.2017, received from the Regional PF Commissioner-1, EPFO, New Delhi regarding Grace period of one day for the employers for the month of May 2017- for payment of contributions and other dues by employer. The said letter is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Due to slowness of Unified Portal, those employers are unable to deposit the payment of contribution and other dues for May 2017 payable by 15th June 2017, only in case of special cases the competent authority has decided to provide them concession of grace period of one day for the month of May, 2017 by 16th June 017.
