Forwarding of Order regarding Appointment of Nodal Officers under Labour Department, DNH&DD
Dear Members,
We are enclosing herewith Order No. LE/LI/Daman/Deputation/2026/405 dated 12/05/2026 issued by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, regarding transfer posting with additional charges.
Key Highlights of the Order:
1. Shri Pankaj N. Parmar, Assistant, DPO, DNH, has been given additional charge of Nodal Officer, Dadra and Nagar Haveli District under the Labour Department, DNH&DD on a working arrangement basis.
2. Shri Mihir N. Joshi, Assistant, BDO, Daman, has been given additional charge of Nodal Officer, Daman District under the Labour Department, DNH&DD on a working arrangement basis.
The officials shall hold the additional charges without any extra remuneration till further orders.
Relevance to Members:
The above Nodal Officers will be the key points of contact for all labour-related issues, inspections, compliances, and grievances under the Labour Department for DNH & Daman districts, respectively.
Members are advised to take note of these appointments and may approach the respective Nodal Officers for any matters pertaining to the Labour Department.
