Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for Cost of Regulation (COR 2.0) – CTE, CTO and RCTO.

We wish to inform you that Department of Industries, District Industries Centre (DIC), Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa has issued Letter No. DIC/14(212)/2022/775 dated 19/10/2026.
A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for Cost of Regulation (COR 2.0) with various stakeholders is scheduled on 26/10/2026 in Conference Hall, District Secretariat, Silvassa.
The FGD is being conducted specifically for PCC – CTE, CTO and RCTO related compliance cost and ease of doing business.
The timings for the topics are as under:
- Consent to Establish (CTE): 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Consent to Operate (CTO): 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
- Renewal of Consent to Operate (RCTO): 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
All industries in Dadra & Nagar Haveli district are kindly requested to attend the FGD as per date, time and venue which will help ensure smooth conduct of the FGDs.
This is an important opportunity for industries to raise their issues, difficulties, time and cost involved in obtaining CTE/CTO/RCTO from PCC and to suggest reforms under COR 2.0.
All members are requested to participate and share their practical inputs.
