Your Association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No. UD/DNH/105(25)/RDR/National Highway2019/28 dated 21/10/2019 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development Department, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Vide the Notification, Hon’ble Administrator, Dadra & Nagar Haveli has issued Draft Rules for the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli which shall be called “Dadra and Nagar Haveli Ribbon Development Rules for National Highways, 2019”.
In this regard, the Urban Development Department invites suggestions and objections which may be sent to the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development Department, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Please go through the attached Draft Rules and send your suggestions to your association to enable us to compile a representation in this regard to the competent authority.
