Details of the availability of equipment and human resources required during emergency or disaster

Your association is in receipt of a letter from Shri Shashvat Saurabh, IAS, Assistant Collector, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The soft copy of the letter is enclosed herewith for your reference.
It is informed that, Dadra Nagar Haveli Disaster Management Authority (DNHDMA) in coordination with National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), the nodal agency for Disaster Management in India will be conducting a State/UT Level mock exercise on earthquake on 16/03/2018 in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. This mock exercise will be conducted simultaneously in all districts of Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli focusing on earthquake disaster.
In this regards, the department has asked to submit the details of latest information on the availability of equipment and human resources required during emergency or disaster situation in your agency/establishment/department is solicited.
Therefore, all the colleague industries are requested to cooperate the Department in compiling the DNH Resource Inventory for use in times of disaster or emergency situations is significant.
All the colleague industries are to send the complete and correct details of available resources (equipment/human) in the enclosed format via email to dmc.dnh.ut@gmail.com by 1:00 PM, March, 12, 2018. The soft copy of the format is attached for your ready reference.
