Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith various orders and notification issued by the Home Department, UT Administration of Daman and Diu.

As per Notification No. 1/Home/244/ACB/VB/DD/18-19/1404 dated 20/12/2018, Hon’ble Administrator, DD & DNH has directed and declared the Anti Corruption Unit of the Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli to be a Police Station for the exercise of Criminal Jurisdiction over the entire UTs of DD and DNH…

As per Order No. 1/Home/244/ACB/VB/DD/18-19/1405 dated 20/12/2018, Hon’ble Administrator, DD & DNH has declared the Superintendent of Police (HQ), Daman as Head of Office of the Anti-Corruption Unit, DD & DNH, under Rule 14 of Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 1978.
