Clarification on the issue related to job work
Dear all
Your association is forwarded herewith, the Circular No. 38/12/2018-GST dated 26/03/2018 issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept of Revenue, New Delhi. A number of representations were received by GOI in respect of various issues faced in implementation of provisions of GST Act and procedures to be followed for job work.
So to address the various issues, the Ministry has issued the circular for Clarification on the Issue Related to job work in GST regime.
You are requested to go through the circular and follow the provisions of GST Act and procedures as mentioned in the circular.
