Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of a Circular No. PCC/DDD/OCMS/2016-17/671, dated 30.12.2019 issued by Pollution Control Committee, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli regarding Registration of all units in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The scanned copy the Circular is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Vide the Circular, it is to inform that Pollution Control Committee, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has launched Online Consent Monitoring and Management System (OCMMS) on 23.04.2019 for grant of Consent to Establish, Consolidated Consent and Authorisation and Hazardous and other Waste Authorisation.
Vide the circular it is informed, PCC observed that some of the industries categorized under Category - I, II & III haven't registered themselves on the online web portal. Also, the database available with PCC doesn't reflect the details of new/existing industries on the online portal.
Therefore all the colleague industries who haven't registered themselves are requested to register on the OCMMS portal to regularize the process.
