Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. DMHS/PMJAY/2020/1267 dated 05/02/2020 issued by Directorate of Medical & Health Services, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide Circular, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) was Launched by our Hon'ble Prime Minister which gives health insurance coverage up to Rs. 5 lakhs per annum per family.
This is to inform you that the enrollment period is extended for one more month i.e. up to 29th February 2020. So, all those who are remaining may enroll themselves in this month.
