CBEC Notification No.27 of 2017 dtd 30.08.2017, Central Tax

This is to inform you that, Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Excise and Customs), New Delhi has issued Notification No. 27/2017 – Central Tax on dtd. 30/08/2017. The scanned copy of the notification is attached herewith for your reference.
Vide the said notification, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Central Government hereby made some rules to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
