C4i4 Lab Technology Upgradation project for MSMEs in Silvassa.
Dear all,
Your association, SIMA, is sharing the details of the project assigned to the Centre for Industry 4.0 (C4i4 Lab) by the UT Administration of Daman, Diu & Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
The RAMP project has a duration of 12 months, from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. During this period, the following activities will be carried out:
- Identify 15 MSMEs in each of the following 6 sectors:
- Textile, Plastics & Packaging, Pharma, Chemicals, Wire & Cable, and Engineering Goods (a total of 90 MSMEs).
- Collect Expressions of Interest (EOI) and nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from each of the 90 companies.
- Conduct an audit and gap assessment of their manufacturing processes to help improve productivity, efficiency, cost, and output.
- Provide 10 days of training on digital technologies for 5 people from each company to help improve their manufacturing processes.
- Finally, provide a toolkit that will help companies:
- Self-assess their digital readiness
- Identify pilot projects for technology upgrades on the shop floor.
- Access a vendor list for relevant technologies to support easy implementation.
- Guidance throughout the process
All MSME unit owner members, please fill out the form we have shared via email. The timeline that we are looking for is to receive the response from member industries (deadline) on 25 March 2026; 1 April 2026 is when the implementation starts.
