Dear Members,

As you are aware, several important changes and new initiatives have recently been notified by the Ministry of Labour & Employment and EPFO concerning the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), related employee benefit schemes.

To create awareness among member industries and provide practical guidance on implementation, payroll changes, statutory compliance and available benefits, SIMA has organised a special Two-Hour Awareness & Guidance Session.

Mr. Ravi Pandey, Vice President, SIMA, along with his expertise in the subject, will share important guidance and practical suggestions covering the following key areas:

1.         Enhancement of EPF Statutory Wage Ceiling from ₹15,000/- to ₹25,000/- w.e.f. 17.09.2026 and their impact Thereon.

2.         â Changes to be incorporated with payroll.
