ARR and Tariff Proposal for 2021-22 filed by DNHPDCL, Honl. JERC Invited the objections on the same.

Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Public Notice issued by Hon’ble Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (For the State of Goa and Union Territories), Gurugram regarding the Petition No. 37 of 2020 and 38 of 2020 dated 28.12.2020.
DNH Power Distribution Corporation Limited (DNHPDCL) and Electricity Department, Transmission Division, Dadra & Nagar Haveli have filed Petition(s) for approval Truing Up for FY 2019-20, Review of FY 2020-21, Aggregate Revenue Requirement and Tariff Proposal for FY 2021-22 Under Section 61, 62 & 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulation 9 and 74 of the JERC (Generation, Transmission and Distribution Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2018.
Both the above petitions have been admitted as Petition No. 37/2020 and 38/2020 respectively.
Colleague industries are requested to give their objections/suggestions/comments on the above Petition directly to the JERC on or before 15.01.2021 or to your association SIMA so that your association shall compile a representation on behalf of industries.
On receipt of the various Objections/ Suggestions in writing from public Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission shall held the Public hearing. In view of Covid-19 Pandemic, the public hearing of the Objections in the said matter shall be held through Video Conferencing. The person who intends to participate in the Public Hearing may intimate their mobile number and e-mail ID to the Secretary JERC i.e secy.jercuts@gov.in to enable the Hon'ble JERC to send the link to the objector/suggestor for participation in the Video conference on the date & time which will fix and sent to them.
