Appointment of New Food Safety Officers for DNH & Daman For Information and Necessary Action
Dear all,
Your Association, SIMA, wants to inform you that vide Order No. DO/FSD/DMN/DNH/2026/06 dated 16/04/2026 issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu,
The following Medical Officers have been allotted the additional charge of Food Safety Officers with immediate effect:
New Allotment of Charge:
1. Dr Amit Rana, Medical Officer – Food Safety Officer, Silvassa
2. Dr Vijay Gaud, Medical Officer – Food Safety Officer, Khanvel
3. Dr Netaji Goli, Medical Officer – Food Safety Officer, Daman
Further, Shri Dipak Pema and Shri Ketan Parmar have been relieved from the charge of Food Safety Officer and have reverted to their parent posts of Junior Chemist and Lab Technician, respectively.
