Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Gazette Notification published by the Urban Development Department, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa vide No. No. DNH/SMC/BYE LAWS/24/2021/333 Dated 27/02/2023.
As per the Notification,In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 301 read with section 138, 250, 257, 258, 261, 263, 264 and section 317 of The Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Municipal Council Regulation, 2004, the Silvassa Municipal Council hereby makes the following Draft Bye-Laws. These Bye-Laws are hereby published, as required by clause(b) of sub-section (3) of Section 301 of the said Regulation, and notice is hereby given that the draft of the said bye-laws will be taken into consideration on the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
