Visit of Honl Home Minister Shri Amitbhai Shah to Silvassa on 1st Sept

As you are aware that Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Amitbhai Shah will visit Silvassa on 1st September 2019 at 9:30 AM to launch various projects in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. To welcome Shri Amitbhai Shah, it is proposed by the Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa to put hoardings by the industries colleagues on his path i.e. from Government Medical College to SSR College Ground where the main function shall be held.
In this regard, FIA, Silvassa has also sent a circular, which is attached herewith.
It is also requested to the industries colleagues to relieve their workers employees to attend the function. The industries are requested to send detail of numbers of workers/employees attending the function.
The quotations from two agencies have been obtained for putting of hoardings and banners. The quotations are attached herewith for your ready reference and for negotiation.
