Dear all,
Your Association is in receipt of a Trade Notice No. 11/2017-18, dtd. 31.10.2017 from Smt. Reshma Lakhani, Hon’ble Commissioner, Central GST Commissionerate, Daman. The scanned copy of the Trade Notice is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Vide the said notice a copy of the Notification No. 54/2017 dated 30.10.2017 is forward herewith, issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Custom, GST Policy Wing, New Delhi vide F.No. 349/75/2017-GST regarding Officer authorized for enrolling or rejecting application for Goods and Services Tax Practitioner.
A copy of Circular No. 10/10/2017-GST dtd. 18.10.2017 is also forwarded herewith, issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Custom, New Delhi regarding revision of dates of GSTR-2 & GSTR-3.
Vide the notification no.54/2017, Hon’ble Commissioner has amended the dates of filing of GSTR-2 and GSTR-3. Filing of GSTR-2 which was upto 31st October 2017 is revised and extended upto 30th November 2017 and filing of GSTR-3 is extended upto 11th December 2017.
