Vide the said notice a copy of the Circular No. 9/9/2017 - GST dtd. 18.10.2017 is forward herewith, issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Custom, GST Policy Wing, New Delhi vide F.No. 349/75/2017-GST regarding Officer authorized for enrolling or rejecting application for Goods and Services Tax Practitioner.
A copy of Circular No. 10/10/2017-GST dtd. 18.10.2017 is also forwarded herewith, issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Custom, GST Policy Wing, New Delhi vide No. CBEC-20/16/03/2017-GST regarding Clarification on issues wherein the goods are moved within the State or from the State of registration to another State for supply on approval basis.
