The last date of filing of Annual Returns for the year 2019 is extended up to 30th April.

Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification dated 20.03.2020 issued by the Ministry of Labour & Employment Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner(C), Government of India, New Delhi.
As per the Circular, The Filing of Unified online Annual Returns for the year 2019 under 8 Acts and 10 Central Rules were to be filed from 1st January to 1st February 2020. For the year 20l9, a total of 30,42O Annual Returns so far have been received on Shram Suvidha Portal
In, view of the spread of Novel Corona Virus, the last date of filing of Annual Returns for the year 2019 is extended up to 30th Apr 2020.
