RESCHEDULING OF TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING BY JERC ON BUSINESS PLAN FILED BY DNHPDCL

Dear all,

Your association SIMA would like to inform you that, in continuation of our earlier email sent to you on 21st October, 2015, regarding Public Hearing by JERC, on the Business Plan filed by DNHPDCL, the Corporation has written a letter No. 1-1(236)/PDCL-AE(Comml)/2015/3987, dated 23/10/2015, the scanned copy of the said letter is attached herewith.

As per the letter, it is informed that the time of the Public Hearing of JERC has been re-scheduled and it is preponed from 11:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Accordingly now the Public Hearing by JERC in respect of Business Plan filed by DNHPDCL is kept on 30th October, 2015, at Yatri Niwas, at 10:00AM.

So you are requested to take note of the same.
