With Reference to our earlier email dated 21st November 2014,we here by inform all the colleges industries that the last day for the filling of objection/suggestion on the proposed draft notification issued by PCC/DMN/IS-III/755the last day of filling is now extended up to 6th January 2015.
So you all are once again requested to go through the proposed draft notification and file your suggestion/objection on any issue or provision of proposed draft notification on or before 6th January 2015.

REMINDER -II
Dear all,
In continuous to our earlier email dated 14th October and 29th October 2014, in respect of proposed draft notification. PCC has proposed to review the existing procedure and categorisation and proposed the revised procedure and categorisation of Industrial products and proposed the Green/ Orange/ Red and Red / Banned Categories as per the draft notification no PCC/DMN/IS-III/755 dated 10/10/2014.
Colleague industries were requested to submit their comments, suggestions and objections, but still no comments, suggestions and objections has been received from our fellow industries.
You are once again requested to go through the said notification and submit your comments, suggestions and objections before 28th November 2014, so that your association Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association can file a representation at appropriate level before the due date 5th December 2014.
The copy of said draft notification is enclosed herewith and the copy of earlier emails are attached here-in-under.

REMINDER - I
Dear all,
In continuous to our earlier email dated 14th October 2014, in respect of proposed draft notification by which the PCC has proposed to review the existing procedure and categorisation and proposed the revised procedure and categorisation of Industrial products and proposed the Green/ Orange/ Red and Red / Banned Categories as per the draft notification no PCC/DMN/IS-III/755 dated 10/10/2014.
All fellow industries were requested to go through the proposed revised procedure and categorisation of Industrial Products and submit their comments, suggestions and objections. You are once upon requested to go through the said notifications and submit your comments, suggestions and objections in respect of any of the proposed categorisation and procedure to your association i.e. Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association before 28th November 2014, so that the same can be filed in PCC before 5th December 2014.
On getting the comments, suggestion and objections from your end by our association on or before 28th November 2014, we shall compile all the comments, suggestions and objections received from our fellow industries. Later on a meeting shall be held for the finalisation of the said comments, suggestions and objections, and accordingly SIMA shall file a representation covering all the issues and concern raise by fellow industries before the due date.
If you feel, you may also file your individual comments, suggestions and objections directly to PCC from your end and furnish a copy of that to Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association for our information. The copy of earlier email is attached here-in-under.

Dear All,
We are pleased to inform you that, on the representation of Industries Associations to Shri Ashish Kundraji, I.A.S, Hon' ble Administrator Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli took the initiative and on the instruction of Hon'ble Administrator, PCC of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has exercised and reviewed the existing procedure and categorisation and proposed the revised categorisation of Industrial products and proposed the Green/ Orange/ Red and Red / Banned Categories as per the draft notification no PCC/DMN/IS-III/755 dated 10/10/2014.
The copy of said draft notification is enclosed herewith. As per the notification the objections & suggestions are invited from affected parties in respect of the proposed draft notification. We the industries have to file ourobjections & suggestions to any issue, procedure, categorisation of the industrial product as notified in the said draft notification, before the Pollution Control Committee within 60 days from the date of publication of the notification.
So all the fellow industries are requested to go through the draft notification, categorisation of the industrial product and submit your suggestion/ objection within 60 days to PCC.
You are also requested to send the copy of your suggestion and objection in respect of said draft notification to Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association(SIMA) to enable us to compile all the objections/ suggestions and file it jointly before PCC at Association level also.
