Your association is in receipt of Public Notice No. 1 of 2016-17, dtd: 14/06/2016 issued by Office of the Principal Commissioner of Central Excise, Custom & Service Tax, Silvassa Commissionerate. The scanned copy of the notice is attached herewith.
It is hereby informed that, Annual General Transfers in the grade of Assistant/Deputy Commissioner have been taken placed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1) (b) (xvi), Section 5(1) and Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Various officers of Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Silvassa are designated as CPIO and Appellate Authority with immediate effect.
