A Public Notice is issued by Hon’ble Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (For the State of Goa and Union Territories) Gurgaon (Haryana) dated: 12/05/2021.
Vide the Public Notice, Hon’ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for the State of Goa & Union Territories) has invited suggestions/ comments/ inputs/ objections from Public/Stakeholders/ Consumers/Consumers Organizations on the proposed amendments in JERC (Electricity Supply Code), 2018. To view the existing clauses and proposed amendments in tabular form PLEASE CLICK HERE.
Suggestions/Comments on the Draft Supply Code are to be sent to The Secretary JERC (For the State of Goa & UTS) through email on mail id-secy.jercuts@gov.in latest by 3rd June, 2021.
So, all Colleague industries are requested to give their objections/suggestions/comments on the said proposed amendments directly to the Hon’ble JERC on or before 03.06.2021 and send the copy to your association Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association (SIMA) to enable us to compile and file a representation on behalf of industries of DNH.
