Public Hearing of ARR filed by DNHPDCL is fixed on 06.02.2019 at 10.30 A.M. at Hotel Yatri Niwas

As you are aware that DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. had filed Petition before Hon’ble Commission, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for the State of Goa and UTs) regarding Truing up FY 2017-18, Review of FY 2018-19, ARR for Multi Year Tariff Determination Control Period FY 2019-20 to FY 2021-22 and Tariff Revision Proposal for FY 2019-20.
Hon’ble JERC has scheduled a Public Hearing on 6th February 2019 to approve true Petition FY 2017-18, Review of FY 2018-19 and Tariff Proposal for FY 2019-20 at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Naroli Road, Silvassa at 11:00 AM.
In this regards, your association has received a letter from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa reqeusting the industrial collegaues to depute their Senior Officers and Managers who can understand the electricity matters well to add the value to the Public Hearing on 6th February 2019 at 10:30 AM. The soft copy of the same is attached here-in-under for your ready reference.
This is the time to fight collectively to protest against the hike in electricity tariff. All the colleagues are requested to attend the Public Hearing in maximum numbers, so that our voice will be louder before Hon'ble Commission, JERC. Otherwise, we all Colleagues will suffer the overburden charges.
All the three constituents associations, under the banner of Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa are trying to ensure the quality electricity power with reasonable power tariff and shall file the suggestions/objections. However, any industrial colleague desire to file his objections/suggestions is requested to file his submission before Hon’ble Commission.
Please attend the hearing in large number on 06th February 2019 (Wednesday) at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Silvassa at 10.30 AM.
