Presentation to Secretary - Power
Dear all,
This is to inform you all that, your association SIMA in coordination with other association has submitted a representation to Hon'ble Secretary - Power, D&NH Administration of Dadra & Nagar, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the same is attached herewith.
The representation is on refund of Rs 41.86 cr by the DNHPDCL to consumers of DNH as per order of Hon'ble JERC dated 25.03.13 read with the judgement of Hon'ble APTEL on 26.03.15. The refund still has not been made to the consumers. For this our Associations have approached to the DNHPDCL several times but there is no outcome. So all the three association has now once again requested to Hon'ble Secretary - Power to direct DNHPDCL to refund Rs. 41.86 cr to consumers. As industries are facing serious difficulties.
