Petition against the additional FPFPCA
Dear all,
Your association has filed a Petition before Hon'ble JERC protesting the demand of additional FPPCA for the period April'12 to March'15. And also prayed for ad-interim stay for the recovery of the said additional FPPCA and it is also prayed to recall bills for the month of October and November and to refund/adjust the additional FPPCA wherever the consumer has made the payment.
The scanned copy of the affidavit filed by SIMA before Hon'ble JERC is attached herewith.
