Dear all,
Your association is forwarding herewith the scanned copy of a letter written by Dr. V.P. Singh, ACC (F&A) addressing all ACCs (Zones) and all RPFC / OICs of ROs/SROs, vide no. WSU/9(1)/2013/Settlement/35631, dtd: 08/01/2016.
Vide said letter it is informed that, the employers shall pay the contribution and other dues as envisaged under EPF & MP Act, 1952 and Schemes framed there under within fifteen days of close of every month.
Accordingly now the payment of contribution by the employers shall be remitted by 15th of the following month and thus the grace period of 5 days has been removed.
