Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order dated 14.09.2020 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in respect of Classification of various Products in Red, Orange, Green and White Categories. The State Pollution Control Board and Pollution Control Committee have been advised for adopting the categories classified by CPCB for granting consent to established and consent to operate.
By this order, it has been directed to classify the various product in the line of Central Pollution Control Board.
