On-boarding/Migration to Common EPR Portal (CEPR) & Annual Return Filing – E-Seva Help Desk
Dear Members,
We wish to inform you that Pollution Control Committee, DNH & DD has issued a Circular No. PCC/DDD/ORDER-EODB/2025-26/253 dated 24/09/2026.
As per directions of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), all SPCBs/PCCs have to facilitate and ensure on-boarding/migration of concerned entities to the Common EPR Portal (CEPR).
In this regard, PCC DNH & DD is organizing an E-Seva Help Desk to assist entities that have not yet completed their on-boarding/migration from the erstwhile Plastic EPR Portal to the CEPR Portal.
The Help Desk will also provide assistance for filing Annual Returns on the applicable EPR Portal, for which the last date is 31st October 2026.
Help Desk Details:
Date: 01st October 2026
Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Venue: Swami Vivekanand Auditorium, Daman
Assistance to be provided for:
1. Completing the on-boarding/migration process from the erstwhile Plastic EPR Portal to the Common EPR Portal (CEPR); and
2. Completing and submitting their Annual Return filing within the prescribed timeline.
Industries are advised to keep ready their existing Plastic EPR Portal login credentials and relevant information/documents, as applicable.
The initiative is being organized as part of the Swachhata initiatives undertaken in the run-up to Gandhi Jayanti, promoting cleanliness, responsible waste management and environmental responsibility, while facilitating ease of compliance for stakeholders.
All concerned entities / plastic waste producers, importers, brand owners (PIBOs) and plastic manufacturers are requested to attend the Help Desk and take benefit.
