Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Notification No:07-2019. The banning of unregulated deposit scheme ordinance, 2019 issued by The Ministry of Law and Justice dated 21st February 2019. The scanned copy is enclosed herewith.
As per the Notification, The Lok Sabha has passed a bill The banning of unregulated deposit scheme, 2019 on 13th February 2019 in the House of the People.
