NOC/Reports shall not be required from Mamlatdar and Chief Inspector of Fact & Boilers for CP and OC

Urban Development Department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa has issued an order, vide order No. DNHPDA/104(107)/Check List/CP-OC/2014/976, dated: 09/12/2014. The scanned copy of the order is enclosed herewith.
We are pleased to inform you that, in process of simplification of the procedure, Hon’ble Administrator, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has issued an order, by which henceforth No Objection Certificate(NOC) / Reports from the Mamlatdar and the Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers shall not be required for the purpose of issue of Construction Permission and Occupancy Certificate by the Planning and Development Authority, DNH/Daman and Silvassa Municipal Council. However, the Provisional NOC from Fire Department would be required at the time of issue of Construction Permission.
